Initial Consultation
Free
You will have a virtual consultation with one of our coaches to talk about what brought you to SF Iron and about what experience (if any!) you have with lifting weights. Your coach will walk you through what virtual training at SF Iron looks like to make sure you have all the information you need to decide whether we’re the right fit for you!
Virtual Training
$150/session private zoom sessions
$80/session group zoom sessions (based on availability)
We want you to feel confident in your choice to train with us. Our virtual training sessions last 90 minutes and set up on a weekly subscription designed to let you experience what it’s like to train virtually with low commitment. You’ll learn how to lift in a comprehensive manner with one of our dedicated strength coaches. Included in your subscription is ongoing programming designed around your goals as well as access to your coach via email and text message.
Programming only
$200/month
This option is for those who still want personalized programming but prefer to train on their own. You will be assigned a coach who will design and monitor your training progress via an app called TrueCoach. Once per week, you’ll be given a check-in to fill out to give your coach feedback on what’s working and what needs to be adjusted.
Experience levels vary for those who are successful with programming only. You DO NOT need to be a competitive lifter to be successful with this option. The main requirement is a high degree of self-reliance and a strong desire to get stronger. If you want to learn more, feel free to schedule a free consultation with one of our coaches.
We took feedback from the community and are excited to offer this affordable option for those who still want access to solid programming.
Team programming is a set program designed in 4-week increments. There is a powerlifting team as well as a weightlifting team. Once per month, you’ll be asked to provide feedback on your overall progress and any sticking points. Josh will consider the collective feedback and design the next training block.
Twice per year, training will reach a “peak” and you’ll have the option to join a teamwide max-out session via Zoom.
